Storytelling is the name of the game

I'm happy to share with you that storytelling is at the top of the game when it comes to research. I think we all feel that Big Data and AI is about to run our lives (and maybe even put me out of a job). However, that doesn't appear to be the case.

According to the GRIT Report (Greenbook Research Industry Trends Report) Storytelling & Data Visualization not only continue to top the buzz topics list from the recent GRIT study, but it is an area that continues to be on the rise.

As a researcher, not only is it important to be able to extract the 'research nuggets' from respondents, but to be able to package the insights in a way that is enticing, meaningful and enjoyable to consume....and ultimately that will help drive business forward for clients.

Bottom line --- humanity is still needed and appreciated in the world of insights!
